Role Overview
Led product strategy and roadmap execution for POCA's digital wallet and prepaid card products, taking the platform from 0-to-1 and owning the core payment infrastructure initiatives that carried it into growth.
Selected Product Initiatives
Digital Wallet — 0-to-1 Product
- Led product strategy and roadmap across the digital wallet and prepaid card ecosystem from initial launch.
- Supported product growth from launch to approximately 80,000 users.
- Served as the primary Product Manager responsible for core payment infrastructure initiatives.
FAST & KOLAS
- Led end-to-end implementation of FAST and KOLAS, enabling real-time payment capabilities.
BKM QR
- Led implementation of BKM QR payment infrastructure, including certification and regulatory approval processes.
Open Banking
- Delivered Account Information Services (AIS) and Payment Initiation Services (PIS), successfully launching both into production.
Financial Product & Partnership Integrations
- Delivered integrations with OYAK Insurance, OYAK Investment and Fibabanka (micro-credit).
Cross-Functional Ownership
- Acted as the primary product stakeholder across engineering, design, compliance, operations and executive teams.
- Managed multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.
Impact & Highlights
- Grew the digital wallet and prepaid card product from launch to approximately 80,000 users
- Delivered real-time payments via FAST and KOLAS
- Launched BKM QR payment infrastructure into production
